Terms & conditions
Children above the age of 2 years will be considered s full passengers.
The booking will be confirmed with 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
In case the journey is not finished within stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one or more dhams due to bad weather conditions/ technical reasons then the company will try to complete it the next day. However, even if that is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to the refund of unutilized sectors.
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be done subject to availability.
All flights are subject to total weight and balance of the helicopter.
Guidelines for passengers
Only 2 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
All temples of chardham are located at high altitude area. Passengers are advised to carry regular medical kit and woolens with them.
Cancellation policy
Following cancellation charges need to be paid in case of cancellations by the passengers:
Up to 7 days before journey ------ 20% of the amount
Up to 5 days before journey ----- 50% of the amount
Less than 72 hours before journey --- no refund
Bad weather condition
If we are stuck in bad weather situation on any particular day, we will try to finish the darshan in next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to weather conditions, we will refund proportionate money.

The tour commences with pick up from Dehradun Airport or Railway station one day prior to the chardham yatra departure, followed by drop to the hotel. The overnight stay at Dehradun is complimentary.
Welcome to our unique tour of chardham yatra by helicopter ride. We begin early morning at 7:00 Am & reach Kharsali. Our ground staff will come you at the helipad and you shall be taken for Yamunotri Darshan by palki covering a distance of 6 Km in the lap of nature. The duration is 5-6 hrs. After Darshan you return back to Kharsali for dinner and overnight stay.
Journey starts early morning at 6:30 Am by flight from Kharsali for Gangotri Darshan. You shall driven from Harsil Helipad to gangotri by car/jeep. Gangotri is situated as a distance of 25 km from Harsil and the time taken is roughly 1 hr. Our ground staff will assist passengers throughout their stay at Harsil. We provide all the basic and leisure facilities for our tourists.
Greet your third day by arrival to Sitapur / Guptkashi helipad from Harsil. Here we change choppers and shall fly for Kedarnath helipad. Temple is approximately 500 mtrs away from the helipad and will take approx. 15 mintues to reach. Upon completion of Darshan, we will return to Guptkashi. Enjoy your stay at Guptkashi/ Sitapur, arranged by us.
Welcome the 5 day at Badrinath Ji. Your check in is arranged at the elite star hotel Sarovar Portico, Badrinath. The exceptional Maha Abhishek Pooja is the highlight of this entire yatra. That starts at 4:00 Am and the pious ceremony lasts for 2 hours. Our special arrangement provides an opportunity exclusively for all our guests to be seated inside the temple and cherish the Darshan and Sringaar of the holy deity.
The chardham yatra comes to an end with happy memories of lifetime.
