1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the tour.
Full payment must be received before the start of the tour, as per the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges apply based on the time before departure:
More than 60 days: 10% of the total tour cost
30-59 days: 50% of the total tour cost
Less than 30 days: No refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.
3. Tour Modifications
UTS reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political events, or operational issues.
If significant changes are made, clients will be informed and given the option to accept the changes or request an alternative tour.
4. Travel Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.
UTS is not liable for any personal losses or injuries during the tour.
5. Health & Safety
Clients must ensure they meet the required health and vaccination requirements for their destination.
UTS is not responsible for any health-related issues arising during the trip.
6. Liability & Responsibility
UTS acts as an intermediary for hotels, transport providers, and other services and is not liable for any third-party failures or issues.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings, and UTS is not liable for lost or stolen items.
7. Force Majeure
UTS is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, UTS will try to reschedule or provide alternative solutions where possible.
8. Visa & Documentation
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
UTS can provide assistance but is not liable for visa denials or travel restrictions.
9. Code of Conduct
Travelers must respect local customs, cultures, and laws.
Any behavior that disrupts the group experience may lead to removal from the tour without a refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
