Please read carefully. By booking with UTS India, you agree to all terms and conditions listed below. These govern your Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter package for 2026.
Booking & Confirmation
Deposit, payment schedule, and confirmation process
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total charter amount is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% must be paid in full at least 20 days before departure.
Weight Submission
All passengers must submit their accurate body weight at booking. This is an aviation safety requirement. Inaccurate weight submissions may result in denied boarding without refund.
Group Size
We recommend groups of 2, 4, or 6 passengers. Seats for odd numbers are limited and may not be guaranteed on the same helicopter.
Fuel Surcharge
A fuel surcharge of INR 4,500 per person applies. This is dynamic and may change — confirmed amounts will be communicated at booking.

Passenger Distribution
UTS India reserves the right to distribute passengers across different helicopters based on weight-and-balance requirements. Group members may not always fly together.
Timings
All departure times are approximate. Confirmed schedules are shared the evening before each leg. Report to the helipad at least 30 minutes before ETD.
Health & Safety
High-altitude preparation for all passengers
Altitude Advisory
Kedarnath (3,583m) and Badrinath (3,300m) are above 10,500 feet. Carry portable oxygen bottles and consult a physician before travel — especially seniors.
Mandatory Briefing
All passengers must attend the evening briefing in Dehradun on arrival day. Weights are verified and duffle bags distributed. Missing the briefing may affect your departure schedule.
VIP Darshan
All helicopter passengers are entitled to VIP Darshan. During high-footfall periods, shrine administrations may restrict sanctum access — our staff will facilitate darshan in all cases.
Passenger Conduct
Expected behaviour throughout the pilgrimage
Boarding Denial
UTS India may deny boarding to passengers who are intoxicated, unruly, medically unfit, or deemed a safety risk. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Punctuality
This is a fixed-departure tour. Passengers who miss their slot forfeit their seat with no refund. Report to the helipad at least 30 minutes before ETD.
